About the Journal

The Review of Economics and Development Studies (READS) is a double-blind peer-reviewed scholarly research Journal published Quarterly by the SPCRD Global Publishing Pakistan. The journal is independently managed by Editorial Board with the assistance of members of Advisory Board and Associate fellows of SPCRD comprising of distinguished faculty members at national and international higher education institutions. The journal aims to cover the topics and issues in various sub-areas of Economics, Development Studies and Business Economics. The major and significant purpose of this journal is to highlight the theoretical and applied issues faced by Academia, Researchers, Economists, Policy Makers, Managers, Businesses and Society in the subject of Economics as a mother discipline. The journal especially welcomes submissions which cover the topical areas related to sustainable economic development in emerging and developing economies

The main objective of the journal is to disseminate reliable knowledge, quality research and initiate a debate in an interdisciplinary context, linking different areas of Economics & Development Studies in social sciences with the focus on analysis of societies, behaviors, social and economic problems, businesses & societies, economies and guidelines to overcome them based on largely empirical and applied research.
